- Processing your admission ticket and accommodation order for Parc Astérix. This processing is necessary for executing the contract between you and Grévin et Compagnie (the company that manages Parc Astérix) when you order an admission ticket or stay;
- Sending you special offers if you have ordered an admission ticket or booked accommodation. This processing is based on Musée Grevin’s legitimate interest in developing its business activities;
- Sending you information letters, on the condition that you agree to this by giving your email address;
- Managing your personal account (in which you can store your favourite attractions, shows and restaurants), if you have agreed to create one;
- Publishing your reviews of Parc Astérix. This processing is based on your consent;
- Answering your queries on live chat. This processing is based on your consent.

Unless otherwise stated, all fields must be completed to enable Grévin et Compagnie to process your order, send you information letters and manage your personal account.
Processing is the responsibility of the Musée Grévin company, represented by Nicolas Kremer, in the capacity of Managing Director, and whose contact details are shown in the legal notice.
Data collected are for the use of Grévin et Compagnie and affiliated companies as well as third parties who need to be involved in the transactions, sending messages and managing the chat line.
The data may be transferred to a non-member state of the European Union. You can obtain additional information on these transfers and the guarantees that apply from Grévin et Compagnie.

Data collected is kept for the following periods of time:

- Data collected to process your orders: for 5 years from the date they were collected if the amount of the order is less than €120, for 10 years if the amount of the order is equal to or greater than €120. Exceptionally, the credit/debit card number and expiry date will be kept for 15 months after the transaction for evidentiary purposes in the event of any dispute over the transaction. The cryptogram is not kept after the transaction is completed;
- Data collected to send you special offers and information letters: for 3 years after collection;
- Data collected to manage your personal account: until the account is closed down.
- Data collected to publish your review: for 2 years after review was posted;
- Data collected to answer your queries on live chat: until your discussion is closed down on chat.

At the end of this period, the data will be deleted. Exceptionally, data collected for purposes of sending information letters and special offers can be kept for a further period of 3 years if you agree to continue receiving these messages from Grévin et Compagnie.
You have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you, transfer them or have them transferred to a third party, and to restrict or deny processing.
For any processing of data that requires your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not effect the legality of data processing before the withdrawal of consent.
