Is it possible to picnic in the Park?
There are picnic areas inside the park. You can also leave the grounds to have lunch in shaded areas outside the park near the coach parks.

Is there a left luggage office where large suitcases can be stored?
Yes, there is a left luggage office at the Welcome Service at the entrance to the park. (2€ for each object)

How many attractions do not admit individuals under 1m20 or 1m40?
Out of 32 attractions, only 8 have height restrictions of over 1m20 or 1m40. 10 others are restricted to those over 1m. Children under 1m must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Is it possible to touch the dolphins?
For reasons of security and for the health of the dolphins, only trainers are authorised to touch them. In the dolphinarium you can see the dolphins close up through portholes!

What is the best day to come to avoid the crowds?
If possible, come during the week and avoid holidays. If you can only come at weekends, Saturday is preferable.

Why are visitors charged for parking?
Payment includes parking rights and road tolls (there is no toll booth when you exit at Parc Astérix).

Is there room for everyone in the last shuttle?
Of course. The shuttle buses wait for the park to close before heading back to Roissy. However, Parc Asterix cannot be held responsible for problems occurring during the return trip.

May I enter the park with my dog?
Animals are not accepted at the Hotel des Troix Hiboux. For a charge kennel services are available (€7) near the entrance to the Park. An individual cage and water are provided, but there is no provision for treatment. A certificate of vaccination will be requested by the agent responsible. Reminder: the kennels are closed in winter.

I dropped my children off at the park, how do I pick them up?
When you arrive at the ticket booths at the entrance to the park you can arrange a meeting place with your children in front of the Maison de l’Oise which is to the left of the turnstiles at the entrance.

At what age can my child come to Parc Asterix alone?
We discourage access to Parc Astérix to minors who are not accompanied; however, we do accept young people aged 13 and older. Parents are held responsible nevertheless.

Do you offer disabled parking?
Yes, ask the parking attendant who will indicate the spots reserved for disabled parking. They are situated in car parks P1 and P2, near the ticket booths.

I am disabled. Do I have priority access to the attractions?
If you present a card attesting to 80% disability, access to attractions is usually conducted through the exits. Identify yourself at the welcome desk and a special guide for the disabled will assist you during your visit. The number of guides is limited.

Priority is accorded only upon presentation of a card attesting to 80% disability.
